Outlook Email Integration

Connect your Outlook to begin automating your email outreach.

Microsoft has multiple email servers, ensure you are using Microsoft Outlook.

This quick video will show you how to integrate your Outlook email with Buzz.

Connect your Microsoft Outlook to Buzz:

1. Login to your Buzz Account
2. Click on the "Integrations" tab.
3. Click on the "Email Integrations" Filter
4. Located the Outlook Integration
5. Click "Connect Outlook"
6. Enter your Gmail credentials, and click "Connect"

Insufficient Privileges Error

This is an error raised by Buzz but rooted in your Microsoft Account.

If you try to connect the Outlook integration and see the «Insufficient privileges to complete the operation» error in the top right corner of your dashboard then follow with these steps:

1. Open this link https://portal.azure.com/?l=en.en-us#home and authorize using your username and password.
2. Click the «Users» button inside the «Azure services» section.
3. Click on your user in the table.
4. Then open the «Applications» page placed in the left sidebar.
5. Click on the existing «Auth» application.
6. Click on the «View granted permissions» button.
7. Change access to the grant by clicking on the «Grant admin consent for App».
8. Then authorize again and submit the form by clicking the «Accept» button.
9. Then return to the App integrations page and try to connect Outlook again.

• Microsoft has multiple email servers. If you are not using Outlook you may have difficulties connecting using the Outlook integration.
• You can connect multiple email addresses to a single account.
• Make sure that your "Email Steps" within your "Campaigns" have the correct email connected to ensure outbound activity is coming from the correct account.
