Custom Fields in BUZZ.AI are a powerful feature that allows you to tailor your database to your specific business needs. With custom fields, you can track and store unique information about your prospects that the standard fields do not cover, providing a more complete view of your prospects.


What are Custom Fields?

Custom fields are additional data fields that you can create to store information that is important to your business. This information can be anything from the prospect’s preferred contact time to their specific product interests or industry-specific data.

How to Add Custom Fields

  • Navigate the Custom Fields : In BUZZ AI interface, locate the section labeled "Custom Fields" from your prospects section.

  • Create a New Custom Field: Click on “+ Add Custom Field”. You will be prompted to create and define the field 

  • Name: Give your custom field a name that clearly describes the information it will hold.
  • Value: Select what data you wanna add and store to the field (e.g., address, text, date).
  •  Add: Once you have defined the field, Click add to add it to the prospect's profile.

Best Practices for Using Custom Fields:
  • Utilizing Custom Fields for CSV Imports:
     One of the most valuable uses of custom fields is during the import of prospect data via CSV files. When you have a list of prospects with varied and unique information that doesn’t fit into standard fields, custom fields come to the rescue. During the CSV import process you can download our template then you can map columns in your file to the custom fields you have created.
