Wouldn’t your work life be so much easier if everything was connected? Well, good news! You can link all your email addresses to your Buzz account, so you can streamline your day-to-day business operations even further!
You can connect almost any email address to Buzz. There are specific integrations for Gmail and Outlook, but if you use another form of email then there’s a way to connect that too!
Connecting a Gmail or Outlook account
If you want to link up your Gmail or Outlook email address, all you have to do is go to “Integrations” - accessible via the panel on the left-hand side of the dashboard.
Once there, you’ll find the options to link your chosen email address. It’s extremely easy!
Connecting a different email account
If Gmail and Outlook aren’t for you and you’d like to connect a different email account, that’s also possible. It requires a little extra information, but if you have specific details to hand it’s basically a walk in the park.
First, head to “Integrations” from the left-hand side of the dashboard and click on "Email”. You’ll then be presented with a number of options - select “Email via SMTP”.
Next, you’ll need to enter the details it prompts you with. Make sure you have the following email account information to hand:
- SMTP Server
- IMAP Server
- SMTP Port
- Email address/username
- Password
If you don’t know these details, contact your IT department and they should be able to help.
Once you’ve entered all the correct details and clicked “Confirm”, you’re all integrated!
