How to Approve Manual Steps
How to give the green light to a step in your campaign for SMS or connection requests
- Click Dashboard
- Click 'My Tasks' to see a sortable list or Click the 'Make a call' under your 'My Task' list
- View the message that is scheduled to be sent or 'edit'
- Click 'Approve'
- Click 'Go to Inbox' to view the unified inbox
- You can choose to approve .cancel, hold or edit the message
- Click 'Go to Inbox' to view the unified inbox
NOTE: If approval is needed for any step, you must take action in order for a prospect to proceed through the campaign.
