How to Approve Manual Steps

How to give the green light to a step in your campaign for SMS or connection requests

  2. Click 'My Tasks' to see a sortable list or Click the 'Make a call' under your 'My Task' listmy tasks 2
  3. View the message that is scheduled to be sent or 'edit'
  4. Click 'Approve'
    1. Click 'Go to Inbox' to view the unified inbox 
      1. You can choose to approve .cancel, hold or edit the message 

NOTE: If approval is needed for any step, you must take action in order for a prospect to proceed through the campaign.
