If you find yourself struggling with writer's block or at a loss for words, turn to the AI-Powered Messages feature in Buzz to cleverly and promptly reply to your prospects.
To take advantage of AI-assisted inbox messaging, simply upgrade to the Growth package or a higher tier. You can easily do this by contacting your Sales representative or managing your subscription in the Billing tab.
To use this feature:
go to your Inbox and choose the prospect you want to generate an AI-powered message for.
Click on the magic wand icon under the message field.
Choose the tone for your message or come up with one of your own, then click Generate.
The message will appear below for you to edit.
You can choose to type a new goal or a quick prompt to edit the message and click Refine.
If you would like a completely different message, click the arrow beside Refine and choose Recreate.
You can then click Send to send the message immediately or click the clock icon to schedule the message to be sent in the future.
If you are typing your own prompt, make sure to put the message type (email, linked in message, etc.) for the best results.
