Adding New Deals From Buzz to HubSpot

So, you’ve found a promising prospect. You’ve had a productive exchange of messages and your correspondence is showing positive signs of progression. How do you then go about creating a deal with this lead and adding it to your CRM or pipeline?


First, you’ll need to head to your inbox and find the conversation with the prospect you want to start a deal with (if you’ve got too many messages, try filtering by leads).

Then, head to the right-hand side where you’ll see a lot of details for your chosen prospect. Scroll all the way down to the bottom of this and you’ll see a “Create New Deal” button under the heading “CRM Deals”.

Click on this and the deal creation window will pop up. Input all the details regarding the deal and once you’ve finalized it all, create your deal. Your lead will now appear in your CRM or pipeline, and you can access this via the “Pipeline” tab on the left-hand side menu.
