We'll look at how to create a task from inbox and why these will help you improve outbound performance.

Creating single tasks is important for staying on top of you prospects and reminding yourself to execute an activity. Until the launch of this feature, tasks could only be created in as "Manual Task" Step in a Campaign. Now, you have the flexibility to add a single tasks for a specific task with a specific reminder.

How to Create a Single Task?

  1. Enter the Inbox, or Inbox View

  2. Select "Task" in the horizontal Channel menu

  3. Click "Create Task"

  4. Name your Task and add a reminder note.

  5. Select the Followup Timeline

  6. Select the Assigned User for the Task

  7. Select the Urgency for the Task Reminder

  8. Save the Task

Where can I find a Created Task?

All Single Tasks and Campaign Tasks get added to the "My Tasks" Section of the Dashboard. From here you can organize and filter by task type, due date,

You will also be able to see all of a Prospect's New, Existing, and Completed Tasks inside the Inbox View under the "Tasks" tab.

Turn On Notifications to get Email Reminders of Tasks.
