After disconnecting your account, you might notice what seems to be new messages being sent from one of the campaigns in your now-deleted account.

Don’t worry — this is not the case. Once you disconnect your Social Account, no further actions will be taken on its behalf. This means that the system will stop sending out new connection requests, messages or perform any of the other steps. The messages you are seeing in your Inbox are simply notifications for previously sent connection requests that have just been accepted.

Since connection requests can be accepted at any time after they are sent, your connection request messages may appear in your Inbox even after you have disconnected your account.

For example, let's say you had a Social Account connected to Buzz and ran a Send Connection Requests campaign from January 2023 to November 2023.

In December 2023, you disconnected the account from Buzz, but in January 2024, you noticed new messages in your Social Platform Inbox that you didn’t send.

This illustrates the process described earlier: these are simply responses to connection requests you sent previously, now being accepted and appearing in your Inbox.
