Email warming

Email warming is the key to getting responses from your customers. Read all about it here.

Getting through to prospects and potential customers can be a difficult task. People rarely check their inboxes every day, and they’re even less likely to respond to every single message they receive.

Email warming is the new technique that cold marketers are using to increase the response rates to their messages. The idea behind it is to word the emails as if you’re a close friend, sending them several messages over time to gradually build up their trust whilst marketing your product.

Why should you use email warming?

For one, this strategy is particularly effective at raising awareness of your company or product. If your emails are warmed, prospects will be far less hostile towards cold emails and are far less likely to consider it spam. This grows your reputation as a reliable product, which has beneficial effects in the long term.

What’s more, you’ll see an increased response rate from your prospects. Your warm emails will provoke more of a response than formal professional emails. No matter how sophisticated your product is or how beneficial it could be, people just won’t respond if your messages aren’t worded with a friendly, welcoming tone.

Your delivery rate will also improve. By using natural and genuine language, email providers are far less likely to mark your messages as spam, increasing your chances of success with your campaigns.

By making the most of this email warming technique, you’ll be able to improve your outreach through Buzz and see record numbers of responses from your prospects.
