With Bcc emailing, you can link any CRM to Buzz. Here’s how.

How to Get Your BCC Address From HubSpot

When you send an email from your mail client, add the BCC address to the BCC line of the email. The email content will be automatically recorded on the contact's record in HubSpot.

  • In your HubSpot account, click the settings icon in the main navigation bar.
  • In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Objects > Activities.
  • Click the Email Logging tab.
  • To the right of the BCC Address field, click Copy.

  • Navigate to your email inbox and compose a new email.
  • Add the copied BCC address to the BCC line of the email.

The sent email will be logged to the contact's record in HubSpot. If the email recipient is not associated with a contact record in HubSpot, a new record will be created.

 

How to Add your Bcc Address in Buzz

While Buzz can integrate almost all of the most-used CRMs into its system, the one you use might still be missing. 


That’s ok, though, because you can use Bcc forwarding to track all of your outbound email activity and connect that directly to whichever CRM you use. This will help streamline your workflow and link up all the software you use regularly.


To do this, first head to the “Integrations” tab on the left-hand side of your home dashboard. Then, click “Manage” next to the desired email account and you should see a page that looks something like this:

Enter the email address given to you by your CRM and click “+Add Bcc email”. This will add your CRM’s email as a Bcc for every outbound email, meaning they’ll all appear within your CRM.
