Cancelling your Subscription

Important notice for cancelling your Buzz subscription.
Buzz requires a minimum of 31 days of written notice for all subscription cancellations.
To initiate a cancellation or discuss your subscription, please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or reach out directly to Buzz Support.
Cancellation Requirements & Terms:
Written Notice: You must submit your written cancellation request to billing@buzz.ai at least 31 days prior to your next renewal date.
Contractual Obligations: Please note that you are strictly bound by the terms of your signed Quarterly, Semi-Annual, or Annual Agreement. Cancellations will only take effect upon the expiration of your current contract term.
⚠ Data Notice: At the end of your subscription period, your access to the Buzz platform will be deactivated, and all associated account data may be permanently deleted. Please ensure you export any necessary data prior to your final termination date.
