Add dialers to your Campaigns

Now that you've got your numbers, it's time to dive into how to seamlessly incorporate them into your campaigns.


  1. Choose or create a campaign.
  2. Click 'Add Step' for a simple campaign or 'Open Sequence Builder' for a smart campaign.
  3. Select a dialer option 'Make a Call' or 'Send SMS
  4. When choosing 'Make a Call', you will be presented the following options
    1. Enter the note/call script or prompts you want for this call. 
    2. When you want it scheduled(time from the last step) 
    3. Who you want this assigned to? 
    4. Priority (optional) Warning!! The prospect will be paused in the campaign until the 'Make a Call' step is actioned in the Buzz Dashboard.
  5. When choosing 'Send Message', identify the following parts.
    1. What number you want to send it from 
    2. Enriched or Personal Phone number 
    3. The content of the text message (make it short and sweet)
      1. You can use AI here if it is a part of your package.  
    4. Approval - if you want to approve a message being sent manually prior to it being sent.
      1. If enabled, the prospect will be paused until you take action in the Buzz Dashboard.

WARNING!! Any step that requires you to action something ie. Approval or Make a Call Task will pause the campaign until it is actioned in the Buzz Dashboard
